1 london broil
1 pkg. ranch salad dressing
1 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1½ cups water
Mix all the dry ingredients with water.
Place beef in crock-pot. Pour mixture
over roast and cook on low overnight.
